Refund Policy

Digital Products

All digital downloads, including toolkits, worksheets, and PDF resources, are final sale. Due to immediate access upon purchase, refunds cannot be issued once the file has been delivered.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact msbea@sensoryst.com within 7 days.

Physical Products

All physical products, including books and kits, are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Domestic Shipping

Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via UPS or an equivalent carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or additional fees.

Sensory Street™ is not responsible for carrier delays.
